how to get code back on to radio so i can lisen to my radio or tapes?

my car is a old nissan sunny , i went to put my radio on so i could put a tape in and it said enter code witch i did three times by the radio station numbers and it has come up with 3 little lines a cross the radio , this happend as had to have a new car battery ,
