How do i remove the stereo so i can get the refrence number of it to get the code to unlock the stereo

Possible power spike when battery reconnected. Commonly when leads are not connected in correct sequence. It must be positive first then the negative or the flashing when done the wrong way can blow the radio fuse. Sometimes one in the fuse ox for permanenbt power and another in rear of the radio chassis for the switched power.
