how can i get my beko wm6152w 6kg AA 1500rpm to work?

last week,i did a wash and the load was still sodden.So i put it on a spin and it appeared to solve the problem.It has done washes since,without any problem.
It's only when i have gone to do a wash on friday that i have noticed that the lights are on and there is a noise as if it is working,but nothing is moving.
There is no electrical smell and no water going into the drum.
