Mend Miele T230C Unit Heater Control

How do I get into my Miele T230C?

I am trying to change heater/thermostat unit, and can get to the heater and take the top panel off, but I can't seem to get to the jacks at the back of the control panel to put new wires in. I have removed every visible screw but it doesn't want to come off!
