Mend McCulloch 250LS Pull Running Fine

The pull cord on my McCulloch TrimMac 250LS is jammed and won't pull out?

The pull cord on my McCulloch TrimMac 250LS is jammed. It won't move more than an inch when I try to pull it out. It was running fine and just cut out in the middle of strimming - that's when I discovered that the pull cord won't budge.

Please help!
