Mend Aprilia 125R Start Model Left

aprilla 125r wont start?

I have an aprilla 125r 1998/99 model.
it has had topend rebuild and has been firing up no problem. left it a few days and could not start it.
i have replaced the battery and still wont start.
it has electric start of which is turning over but will not start.
Can u help please?
