Mend Zanussi DS 16 TCR Washing Moved House

Zanussi DS 16 TCR, washing tablet is not release during washing?

We have moved into a house which has a Zanussi DS 16 TCR diswasher. When we put the washing tablets, the machine does not use them and at the end of the cycle, the tablet is still in it's pocket. I believe that the mechanism that opens the tablet pocket is not working. How can we fix this problem?

Make sure that you dont have a large piece of cutlery at the front of the cutlery tray, as the macine is not very big I have found that there have been times that a big knife has stopped the tablet dispenser opening. best of luck.
