Mend Tefal Pro Express Steam Iron Heating

My tefal steam pro is not making any steam?

When turned on green light is not coming on but iron is heating up. Instead red water indicator is flashing even if water is full. What I noticed while ironing last time was that iron made a very loud sound as a lot of steam escaped in one go. Now no steam at all even with water in container.
