Mend Drayton Plug Supply

when I plug in the drayton plug it trips the electric supply?

I have a drayton wireless system for my oil boiler and it stopped recieving the signal and now it keeps tripping the electrical supply so we have to unplug it and have no heating... is it a major fault or simple reset of the signal ect.
