Dual lever miver tap wobbles too loose?

How do i tighten up a dual lever mixer tap thats locatd on a round vortex kitchen sink? - the tap wobbles and water leaks under it. Theres not much room to get my hand up to tighten the tap under the sink. Advice needed please
