Mend ACL LP522 Acl Lifestyle Heating

replace a battery in a ACL lifestyle LP522 heating programmer?

The back-up battery seems to have died; otherwise, the controller works OK.
Is it easy to buy a replacement battery, dismantle the unit and replace the battery?
I gather there is some soldering to do.

British Gas said they couldn't get a replacement battery, so they simply gave me a new programmer instead. How daft is that!
