Strange problem - the heating and hot water will only function normally on timed mode. If i try to switch them on using the Advance buttons, the light comes on but the heating / water do not. Also, if i turn the setting to ON, instead of TIMED, they again don't work.
these LP series of clocks are generally very good i would say it is defective inside as it is working on timed , you can replace easily whilst not having to do any rewiring you can use the existing backplate
