Mend Iveco Tector 4cyl Engine Truck

Engine slow to build up revs?

Have an iveco 4cyl tector which is very slow to build up engine revs,once at 2000rpm turbo boosts and pulls o.k.No warning lights on. Have checked intercooler/piping,airfilter,fuel filters,turbo seems ok.Can anybody recommend something i may have missed

try changing map sensor on inlet manifold 2 pins fitting and one plug on it about £120 so if you no anybody else with same motor try swapping to prove fault, but more than likely it.
