I'm really struggling to programme my sky remote to operate my Wharfedale L26TA6A, i've tried numerous websites to no avail, loads of codes no good at all, it's a Rev8 handset if that helps

You need to program your remote...

It took me ages.. there was sooo much information on this and it took ages for me to get through all the junk and find out.. I finally did it..

basically you...


PRESS TV on your sky remote.

Then hold SELECT and the RED button till the remote flashes twice.

THEN YOU NEED TO FIND A CODE.. its pretty easy to do this..

THE code is for the sky box NOT for the TV

IF you have a panasonic old one like me... then your code is 584

then press select..


it should work!

First push TV button on sky remote..then the red and select buttons together..remote should blink twice..then keep pushing the off button on your sky remote until your tv turns off ..then push the TV button again..your remote is now set for your TV

Call Sky customer services. They are usually very good on remote codes.
