Mend Mountfield Mower Engine Winter

How can I fix my ride on Mountfield Mower?

After leaving my mower in the garage over the winter, the engine starts and runs well, but when I try to engage the blades the unit cuts out.
Even at high revs.
What can I do to resolve this problem?

Mountfield Garden Tools, Lawn Mowers Mower Engine Winter

Take off the drive belt and hand turn the blades I reckon something has siezed during the winter. Dont try to make the engine do the work else you will break the drive belt.
Get yourself a can of WD40- you might need it (but again dont get on the belt)
