Ideal ISAR HE24 - Fault code Hn?

I have looked at a service manual for the ideal Isar he24 and it has stopped working. It is reporting fault code Hn - which equates to PHASE REVERSAL ERROR in the service manual. As it has been working prior to fault code, I assume it cannot be the wiring. Has anyone witnessed this fault, and any advice would be welcome.
