Mend Morphy Richards H20 X5 Times Leaks Water

How can I fix my H20 X5 Steam mop?

I have descaled my steam mop 6 times now and still it does not build up steam, and leaks water everywhere. I have spoken to Thanedirect who supplied my H20 X5 steam mop, but all they tell me to do is descale it. What can I do?
