my staples on door of cuckoo keep falling off?

im having trouble putting new staples on front of cuckoo
put new hands on bellow2s still does not runclock

Jerry, sometimes the holes for the staples become enlarged and will not hold staples. Apply a little rubber glue to the staples before putting them in.
