Mend Nissan 2003 Micra Display Dash

Display screen won't work on Nissan Micra 2003?

The display screen on the dash of my Nissan Micra 2003 will not move out of the Maintainance mode (it will not scroll down using the arrows). Is there any way I can fix it apart from going to Nissan and getting them to fix it?
