Hey, the door will not open as a piece of plastic within the locking mechanism has broken off, I have taken top off of the machine and I can just get my hand inside but can't seem to access the door mechanism, can you help?

pull the tub as far to the back as you can then with a screwdriver put you hand down the front to the door catch and using the screwdriver lever catch towards the glass porthole to release door.you then can undo the door and remove the screws from the door frame then carefully with a screwdriver or 2 slit the inner and outer frames open to expose the door handle.
