How to fix my Zanussi Jetsystems 1400 that has frozen mid cycle?

My 2 year old son pressed buttons on the machine mid cycle. Now the cycle has completely frozen with the drum filled with water. I've tried a few cycle options such as drain, the original cycle but it has completely frozen. Any suggestions? I am a Tennant here so don't have any manuals or experience with the machine. Thanks
