Potterton Performa 30HE?

How much water would I need to drain off to release the pressure from the boiler ? Also do I use just 1 radiator or all of them. (There are 5 radiators in the house)

u just need to bleed the one radiator to relive the pressure. its most likely around 1 jug of water
