Mend Kelvinator K2 2 Frost Free Up

my kelvinator 2 frost free fridge freezer,keeps iceing up?

i have a six year old kelvinnator2 frost free fridge freezer.four times recently i have had to take off the plate covering the cooling heat exchanger.and defrost it as it has turned into a block of ice.the fan is working ok .and have made shure that there is plenty of airflow in the freezer compartment.any sugestions would be gratefully received.

All my freezers have been frost free and i`ve had this problem its the defrost heater not working you need an engineer to repair

Check if the drain is clear inside and at the back otherwise the auto defrost can't work . Hope this helps.
