Mend Rangemaster 110 Fan Oven Not Working

Fan Oven not working??

The fan oven in my Rangemaster 110 is not kicking in? The oven is getting warm and what I think is the element at the back is going red, the fan is just not circulating, any ideas?? Thank You.
