Recent: Safely remove screen protector from a Macbook Air?

Mend Stihl AV 041 Problem Idle Replace

I have a stihl av 041 that I think has a problem with the clutch. ?

The chain doesn't release when in idle or when off. Is there anything that I can do to get the chain to release or do I need to replace the clutch?
