Mend Hot Lukewarm Cold

How can i sort my issue of no hot bath water!?

I recently had a new shower fitted, and ever since then, the bath water doesnt run hot enough...only luke-warm or sometimes even cold! All the other taps in the house are fine. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how was it fixed?

thing is...its an electric shower so shouldnt interfere with the bath should it? plus the shower is in a different bathroom. the only thing the plumber touched was the stop tap i think

yes u need to fit check valves to the shower inlet water pipes. mostly it needs to be on the hot water this will stop the cold water flowing into the hot water pipe then into the bath tap

sounds like you may be getting crossflow through the shower, what model/make is it, try calling showerspares.com 0845 126 4141 for advice once you know which one it is
