Mend La-Z-Boy Remote Control Unit

replacement remote control unit?

Help I need to replace the electronic control for my mothers laz boy heated recliner chair. The control has five buttons on it tilt up tilt back, raise up/return down and heat. I cant find a replacement anywhere, any advice would be appreaciated . I have a picture of the control if that helps, thank you
