Mend Ferroli F30B Boiler Flue Gas

My ferroli boiler flue is wetting the outside wall, how can I stop thi?

My ferroli f30b boiler flue is exiting the house, when the gas\vapour hits the cooler air the moisture is then sticking to the outside bricks making them wet. Can anyone suggest a suitable deflector or flue extension

buy 500mm extension cut it size you think should be away from the wall ,or get some one to fit
