Go Video connection to HD TV?

Recently, the TV channel 3 was prempted when the channel was converted from analog tv to Digital.

Now, I can no longer use my Go Video DV 2150 because I CANNOT change from channel 3 to
channel 4 which is now the unused channel. When I try to bring up the menu (on the TV) it is "snowed" out and cannot be read.

I have tried disconnecting the DV2150 from the channel source but the signal is still strong enough to prevent the menu from being readable.

Thus, no way to change the channel.

Anyone know what to do?
