Thanks CK for your prompt answer, you were correct one red cable was off but were exactly does it go?
There is an oval shaped plate with 4 possabilities, 1st from left 1 grey wire, 2nd 2 black wires, 3rd earth, 4th 1 grey wire, my guess is no2 any help would be appreciated, thanks
