You should have posted this in "Software, e-mail"
Any error message when you try to start incredimail? If yes, what does it say?
Did you install any addon to incredimail? Try removing it.
Did any other recently installed application also installed any incredimail addon, toolbar or accessory? Suppress that addon.
Did you install some other software? In some cases, the bundled side install can cause very serious problems. Those added installs are NEVER needed and must ALWAYS be declined. Some of those are malicious, many are buggy and ALL are uterly USELESS.
Try restoring your system to a date before your problem started.
If you realy want to continue using it, get a new download of the installer to reinstall. Get the new installer directly from www.incredibar.com.
When installing, you may need to log in as administrator (don't forget to enter the administrator's password)
It looks like it may make some usage of flash. Try updating your Flash player. You may need to install the latest version of Adobe Air (a stand alone version of Flash).
Maybe you should try some real e-mail client instead of that toy? As I see it, it's mostly bling bling...
Try Thunderbird from the Mozilla fundation. It will import your incredimail informations and messages.
You can also look for Eudora.
You may also try some other e-mail client, just do a search for this string: e-mail AND client
