Mend Glow-worm Ultimate 80FF Boiler Fault Heating

Glow worm ultimate 80ff?

The boiler was turning itself off when it reached a certain temperature. Then a noticed a banging noise it sounded like nails were in the boiler. The poilot light comes on then after reaching a certain temperature cuts out. A replacement pcb unit was put in but has not solved the problem.

How can This problem be resolved Please.
