Mend Lights Still Flashing

lights still flashing?

i have removed the cap on bottom fight hand side and if i look inside i can see another plastic plug looking thing which does move what is this? when i put it back togeather the machine works for about 2mins then hey once again flashing lights and back to square one will not work please help anyone so frustrating

That is the drain pump impeller at a Guess.it is diagnosing an issue at start up hence stopping and flashing.Depending on make/model and what is flashing you can diagnose the issue
