Mend Akai ADR-5800Di Recorder Blank Play

How can I fix my Akai DVD recorder?

I have a DVD recorder (Akai ADR-5800Di) which records onto blank DVDs & plays them back fine. But I can't play these DVD's in any other DVD machine. The other DVD machines can't load the DVDs.

Can anyone help?
