When you say loud beeping noise, do you mean a constant loud beep or is there a pattern to the beeps? most motherboards have a little speaker that will emit a certain "beep code" to let you narrow down what is wrong with it, sounds very much like it could be a lack of power, if it does it while running on the charger replace the charger or try one you know is good. otherwise you have a hardware failure somewhere. As i said if you can elaborate on the beep you hear it will help
