Mend Beko Programme Machine

programme dial doesnt seem to match the correct time for programme set?

My washing machine Beko WM7335W not working correctly. When turning the programme dial to the chosen setting the "time" of the wash programme is saying a different setting time ...I seem to have shrunk a couple of items so it must not be lining up behind/inside the dail...can I fix this with a new programme dial or ??....any help gratefully appreciated please

Find it hard to believe the dial would be at fault as it goes straight on to the control panel pcb which if you are correct about wrong times for programs then I would suspect the pcb switch is at fault not the selector dial.This will require a replacement main control pcb fitting.Make sure the machine is connected to the COLD fill and not the hot as well
