08 Zafira B central locking?

The rear passenger door on my 08 plate zafira started intermittently not locking/unlocking with the rest. I could lock/unlock it manually using the push button inside the door cavity and the open handle respectively, only now it won't open at all! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Rich
