outside tap not working?

My outside tap is not working. The tap turns but no water is coming through.

its either the spindle has broken inside or the bottom of the tap has come away inside best if u just buy a new tap there not to expensive. just turn the water of unscrew the whole tap and fit the new one remembering to wrap thread tape around the threads.
