no power to sat nav?

Hi Wooto.
I assume you are charging in your car?
If not then my sugestion will be pointless.
But here it is anyway.
Have you checked the power outlet within the car?
Try another item such as a phone charger.
If not that then have you removed the plastic tape in the back of the device?
