Mend Zanussi Up Fault

My Zanussi Jetsystem 1200XC keeps coming up with the E10 fault. ?

The filters are clean and the water supply is OK. When the drying cycle starts the water runs for a short period and then the error code appears. On opening the door there is no heat. Are there any other tests that I can do to find what is causing the problem?
