Mend Worcester 28i Combi No Heating

worcester 28i combi boiler?

boiler is on with red light showing, it makes a noise as normal to show its on,ive got hot water but no heating any ideas got the front off looking through glass window but cant see any flame could this be the problem?????

if u have any external timer or thermostat i would advise u check these first as they a common fault to cause central heating failure
