Mend Worcester Bosch 28i Heating Hot Water Greenstar

not enough hot water?

i have a greenstar 28i and from ive moved into this property the water only runs warm for 5 seconds and goes cold...i cannot have a bath either.the heating is working fine.

Problem with the flow sensor for HW through the boiler or the 3 way valve, probably sensor. If renting, down to your landlord to fix. If own, Do a search, try to find the boiler instructions, they will show you location of the part. Get one from ebay or some place. Not difficult to fix
