my alba tv model number lcd32761hdf screen turning red, green and blue !?

My tv was working two hours ago turned it iff and then when i came home turned it on and screen turning red, green and blue (really weird) no sound either.
Tv only a couple of years old any ideas on how to fix problem ?? Or is it a new tv ???
