bearings?

MM- How true. What about the ones who ask for help then when you ask them to try something or give more info, don't bother to come back with an answer. Also the ones who ask a question but give no make or model number. Makes you want to give up helping sometimes. Dell, in answer to your question it is a major strip down of machine & tubs to get at the bearings. Not a job for the home DIY usually also not practical to give step by step detail on such a big job via a small web site
