Mend Citroen C5 Key Working Car

How do I fix the key fobs for my Citroen c5?

Both key fobs have stopped working. If I open the door with the key the alarm goes off but the car still won't start as I think the immoblliser is still working.any ideas what can be the problem?

Citroen Citroen C5 Vehicles, Cars Key Working Car

you have to put the key in the ignition and hold down one of the buttons to sync the chip, cant 100% remember how long or which button but it should work
