no heating but i do have hot water?

Pressure sould be 1.5bar
To increase pressure there should be a braided metal hose with a small black lever or maybe a flat screw at the end.Opening this allows water into the heating,but make shure you turn it back to ware it was when it reaches 1.5 bar.
