Mend Gem Combi Boiler Water

my gem combi boiler does not supply hot water?

i have been told i need a new hot water diaphram.i am having trouble locating one of these .i note from a previous post that this is part of a divertor valve.would it be easier if i just bought the whole divertor valve.cheers john
