Help to fix my hotpoint WF540 washing machine?

Whatever programme I put the machine on the door locked, wash,spin & rinse lights are lit and it fills with water and the drum turns slowly and that's all it does. There are no flashing lights. I have checked the filter. Any advice much appreciated.
