how do you replace the transformer on a Worcester 35 CDI 11 RSF Combi-Boile?

I have managed to burn out the transformer on the above model combi-boiler, does it just prise out of the circuit board? does the new transformer come complete with the 2 electrical wires that connect to the electrodes? the part number on the old transformer is different to the one shown on the online catalogue has it been superceeded?
