how can i fix my beko wm5100w?

i need to know what i need to do to resolves the following problem my washing machine draw leaks soapy water and it seems that the water aint draining from the drum properly as the clothes stay soaking wet after a spin and drain cycle when i cancel a wash soapy water drops from the top of the drum i have carried out the following taken and cleaned the draw out ive emptied the filter and its all clean it hapened last week and i sorted it but its happened again but the steps ive taken doesnt seem to be making a diffrence this time around
